Antonio Medina started working on different coffee farms at a young age, to learn and gain experience. When he inherited the farm from his dad, he planted only basic grains like corn and beans. But having a coffee farm was his dream.
In 1991, the first coffee tree was planted. Slowly but steady, the number of trees and the production increased, and after 25 years, Antonio concludes that his dream has come true.
The varieties on his farm are Caturra and Bourbon, and he is planning to plant other varietes.
The natural processed coffee spends about 15 days in direct sun, about 11 hours per day. Once the coffee is tested within 9-11.5% humidity, the coffee is dehulled at Primavera’s dry mill in Santa Rosa and then placed into bags for export.
