What is specialty coffee ?
Specialty coffee is a term used to refer to coffee that has scored over 80 points on a 100-point scale by the SCA (Specialty Coffee Association).
Specialty coffee differs from commodity coffee (or "regular" coffee) in many ways. Highest quality and care, traceability and better remuneration for farmers are some of these.
 
Is my coffee freshly roasted ?
Yes ! We roast twice a week, this way you can always enjoy freshly roasted coffee beans.
However, keep in mind that we recommend waiting 5 days after roast date to use the coffee for espresso. You can find the roast date on the bag.
We also recommend consuming our coffees within 2 months after roast date, to get the most out of your coffee experience.
 
Do you sell ground coffee ?
No. We only offer whole roasted coffee beans.
Why did we choose not to sell ground coffee ? Simply because when you grind coffee, it immediately starts to lose its aromatic and flavor intensity. As we carefully select and roast our coffees, we believe that pre-grinding them would be a nonsense.
That’s why we always recommend grinding coffee just before brewing, to enjoy it at its best !
 
How do you recommend storing coffee ?
Our coffee bags are designed to keep coffee fresh. After brewing your coffee, we recommend squeezing the air out of the bag before closing the seal.
Store coffee bags in a cool, dark and dry area.

How much coffee can I order ?
You can order as much as 12 bags of roasted coffee beans at a time.

Do you send to my country ?
We ship with CTT, the national postal service in Portugal, to most EU countries (Portugal, Spain, Belgium, France, Germany, Netherlands, Italy, Luxembourg, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, FinlandGreece, Hungary, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Norway, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland).

What about shipping costs ?
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout, depending on the country of delivery and the amount of coffee you order.
 
Can I track my order ?
Yes ! We provide a tracking number with each sent package.
 
Can I return my order ?
As coffee is a perishable food product, we unfortunately can’t accept returns. 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
 
What payment methods do you accept ?
At the moment we accept Mastercard, Visa, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Multibanco.
