Our approach

We are specialty coffee roasters in Lisbon, Portugal.

We only choose coffees that we love to drink.

We offer classic clean coffees as well as more experimental ones, with always a balanced cup in mind.

We carefully select them after a thorough process of sample roasting.

We evaluate every batch in order to provide quality and consistency. No compromises.

We work with conscientiously chosen importers. Above their expertise in the specialty coffee industry, they also support the farmers in a positive way.

  • Roasting schedule

  • We roast every Tuesday and Saturday.

  • Orders placed before Tuesday are shipped the following Thursday.

    Orders placed before Saturday are shipped the following Monday.

  • Specialty coffee

  • Specialty coffee is a term used to refer to coffee that has scored over 80 points on a 100-point scale by the SCA (Specialty Coffee Association).

  • Specialty coffee differs from commodity coffee (or "regular" coffee) in many ways. Highest quality and care, traceability and better remuneration for farmers are some of these.

  • Sustainability

  • To be as sustainable as possible, our electrical roaster is powered with 100% green energies, our coffee bags are 100% recyclable and our shipping material is recycled and made in Europe.

  • Preserving the environment is obviously in our minds and we believe that small actions will make a difference.
