We roast small batches of coffee, on demand, in our space in Lisbon. Every coffee is roasted to highlight its original characteristics and uniqueness.

We carefully select our coffees after a thorough process of sample roasting. In order to provide quality and consistency, we evaluate every batch we roast.

We work with conscientiously chosen importers. Above their expertise in the specialty coffee industry, they also support the farmers in a positive way.
